Membership
For U.S.-controlled enterprises in Bangladesh
Ordinary Membership
Ordinary Membership may be extended to any legal entity in Bangladesh having at least 50% of its shares, or ownership control, lodged with a U.S. based business, U.S. citizens or U.S. institutions and in the business of manufacturing goods or supplying services in Bangladesh.
Eligibility
- Legal entity registered in Bangladesh
- At least 50% shares or ownership control held by U.S. business, citizens or institutions
- Engaged in manufacturing goods or supplying services in Bangladesh
